I would not suggest using Dental One Associates. It's impossible to talk to the billing office and get a response. I have been dealing with a matter since Nov. 2013 and it's now July 2014. They owe me my payment back and when I called to ask them about it they laughed and said "oh yes you payed and your insurance company paid too" and then they transferred me to the office manager who wasn't there and will not call me back.
You would think they would have noticed there was a double payment, but unfortunately they didn't and since they won't call me back I can't get my money back.
Note: They sent a collections agency after me while waiting for the insurance company to pay, which is why I went ahead and sent them a check. They were fully aware I was paying late and I even received a letter giving me an extended deadline in which my payment was in before that date. Maybe I should send collections after them now.
