They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

I have been to see this doctor twice. The first time, I waited an hour to see her. While I was there a fight broke out in the hall. The police had to be called and several people were arrested.

A year later I made another appointment. Since I didn't want to wait an hour again, I made the first appointment of the day, 9am. I got there a few minutes early and filled out my paperwork. At 9:45 I was called in and told to pee in a cup. I was sent back out to wait. At 10:15 I asked when I was going to be called back, and the receptionist told me that Dr. Shah had not even come to work yet, and that she had no idea when she was coming in. So I left.

Now a month later, this doctor who couldn't even be bothered to show up to work, billed me for the appointment.
