I called to make an appointment with Dr. Snead. The receptionist asked me what meds I was on. I told her I am prescribed Hydrocodone from my family doctor for pain and I take it responsibly and have never taken more then I am supposed to( she asked). She told me that Dr. Snead would not prescribe Phentermine for me until I was off Hydrocodone for 5 months because I may be a drug abuser!! I was highly offended at this and told her that I AM NOT and never have been a drug abuser!! I then called a weight loss clinic in Cedar Rapids that told me that Hydrocodone would not interfere with me taking Phentermine and I should be able to get a prescription after seeing the doctor. I called back to Snead's office and explained that I talked to another specialist and I requested to talk to Dr. Snead myself but the front desk would not let me even leave my name or number. She was RUDE and she is not the doctor!! I would think that a person has the right to make an appointment and talk to the doctor themselves and not get a consultation from a receptionist!! Very sketchy place and VERY unprofessional!!!!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
