Dr. Nguyen is friendly and professional and gentle with teeth and gums. She's knowledgeable and honest. I like that she spends time with me as a patient unlike some of the bigger dental offices that shuffle you off in a hurry and use dental hygienists that perform medieval torture during cleanings.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely.

If you are looking for an honest dentist that is not going to tell you that you need a deep cleaning that you really don't need, this is the place for you. Dr. Nguyen is going to charge you exactly what your insurance company says you should pay and not a penny more. She is not going to find extra charges to run up your bill. Also, she accepts just about every type of insurance. That being said, if you are looking for a fancy dental office, this is not the place. The waiting room and office are basic. Since Dr. Nguyen is not trying to get rich off made up charges, she cannot afford to dump money into the office environment. So, looking at the office may not inspire confidence, but don't let that fool you. You are in for some great dental work at a reasonable price. Dr. Nguyen is also very friendly and she will make you feel at ease. She is very good and her work is painless. If you are tired of being ripped off by dishonest dental offices, give Cleveland Dental Care a try. You'll be glad you did.
