I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit.The appointment was pointless. Granted I don't floss near enough and they said I do not have gingivitis, but I need to work on flossing more. They said they would not clean my teeth unless I had a extensive gums cleaning that would cost $200 out of pocket that my insurance would not cover. They said gums are the foundation of your teeth and must be taken care of first. Even though they said I do not have gingivitis. It made no sense. None of my questions were answered honestly, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
