One of the Dentists office staff (Jan) has HORRIBLE customer service skills and is VERY CONFRONTATIONAL. I have never been treated with more disrespect in a place of business in my life. From the time you walk in and see the dark tinted sliding windows and rad he sign that states "whatever the reason you are here sign in and take a seat, we know you are here, do not touch the glass". The Dentist did a very good job on the fillings I needed and he was very personable. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was also very nice. I cannot understand why Dr. Clemens would employ or condone a receptionist/assistant (Jan) that treats customers/patients with such disrespect. I was pleased with the dentist but will not return to his office due to the HORRIBLE customer service I received from his employee.

I didn't notice anything in the way of an odor. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was even though not very close to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning, however my new dentures have given me a large amount of discomfort. They are always very careful and gentle. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
