Dr. Jawar was the on-call pediatrician when I was at Rockdale Medical delivering my son (I live in Newnan and loved my midwife at Greystone so I wanted to deliver here with my first)... He diagnosed my son with hypospadias and would not circumcise him. Our pediatrician here had said after his one week apointment that he was fairly certain that it wasn't hypospadias and if it was it was not enough to even notice. So we had to wait til he was 6 months to even schedule a pediatric urologist to see if we could get him circumcised and what to do with the hypospadias. As soon as the specialist looked at his penis he was confident in saying he didn't have it, and when the full exam was over that he did NOT have hypospadias that he was perfectly normal! So now my son is 7 months old and if I want to have him circumcised he has to be put under! SO all in all I am frustrated with the fact that a procedure that should have been preformed at the hospital was not done and was mis-diagnosed with a problem that is not even there!
