I do NOT recommend North Point Pediatrics AT ALL. The ladies that work the front office are rude, do not care about the patient or parent, inconsiderate, and are the worst people to have working the front office of a pediatric office I have ever seen. This office is run very poorly. They had my child and I wait in the waiting room for 52 minutes before being called to the back, by a very rude nurse, and then we waited another 6 minutes before we saw the doctor. And we were only there for a yearly check-up.

If you are looking for a pediatrician in Alpharetta, I would look some place else. This practice only cares about themselves and making a profit. Wait time, availability, and common courtesy is not on their minds.

ZERO STAR ---- Pure FRAUD!!!

Had been seeing Dr. Cabrera for 9+ years for both our children. Visited for a yearly check-up for both children. Dr.Cabrera noticed each child had a wart and offer to remove. We knew that this would fall under our insurance deductible, so we asked the cost to remove the wart because we would have to pay this out of pocket. Nurse informed us the cost would be $35.00 per child. We gave approval to remove the warts for 35.00 per child and Dr. Cabera said he would do so. We now get a bill for $256.00. Speak with billing and they say it was the insurance company fault.... bla, bla, bla,
Shawana, in the billing office acted like she was straight from the hood, talking like she had better things to do than help me with their mistake. Waste of time speaking with her, she was speaking all about "my baby's momma" and "where i stay at"..... very unprofessional.
Then the office manager get on the phone and says she can't help what i was told and everyone else was at fault except them..... wrong.
This is PURE FRAUD!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.
Bait and Switch all the way.
They lost a 10 year client over a simple easy to fix problem. They would rather try and stick it too ya than take any blame for their errors.
Fraud, plain and simple.
FRAUD
I even tried to speak with the Dr. to fix the issue and they refused to allow any communication with the Dr.
FRAUD plain and simple.

Don't Walk..... Run away from this business as fast as you can.
