I would have given this practice a 5 stars if it wasnt for one of their nurses and one of their Drs..
If I compare this practice to Pediatric associates then I will say: hands down its the best choice out of the 2, however no Dr practice is free of a few bad apples. I mainly go to the Boynton office and my major complaint there is one of their nurses, oh gosh she's So rude and seems like I'm so unlucky and keep getting her. She just shouldn't be working with kids, actually she shouldn't be working in the medical field at all. She's not pleasant, she has an attitude she doesn't help u if you are alone with the baby to take on and off diaper and put him on scale, it feels almost like she doesnt want to touch him or something and she has no patience. Still not sure what she's doing at a pediatrician office. Also we brought to her attention that prescription pads were left unattended in the room and she gave us an attitude saying that's were they belong...Maybe if prescription pads were kept locked by the staff we would have less precription fraud, have you thought about that? My other complaint is about Dr Pearson, after my experience with her at the hospital when one of my sons were born I wouldnt have her visit my children not even if she was the last dr available. Absolutely NO bedside manners and compassion...NONE! I met RN Ann once, she seemed a little short and unpleasant but maybe she was having a bad day because I heard she was good. Would def recommend Dr Goodwin, Dr Kraft, RN Andrea Stark, they are all excellent. Heard wonderful things about DR Fox-Levine but haven't personally experienced her yet will update my review when I do, same thing with RN Blair. Overall not a bad practice, love the fact that real Nurses answer the triage line and not medical assistans who have no clue what they are talking about like at Pediatric Associates.
