My children have been patients for 8 years with this group. Recently, I've tried to get a sick appointments twice and we were told they were full and to call back the next day. I understand if they are busy. But they discourage emergency clinics with the claim that they will see your child 365 days a year. Both times we called and left a message first thing in the morning. Both times, we had to call a second time before we received a call-back. And then were just told to call back tomorrow. Both times, my daughter had fever and an ear ache so it's not just a trivial visit. I'm actively searching for a new doctor because I've lost my patience.
