My last experience at the dentist was that of a horror movie(Hostel) when i went in few years ago to have my wisdom teeth remove. After this traumatic experience I never went back to the dentist nor planned to go(not a recommended choice) until a month ago wild swimming on the pool(butterfly style, trying to be silly for my son) I hit the edge of the pool and badly chipped my two front teeth.

The next day I walk into this location without an appointment and front the moment I enter I was greeted and helped right away. The ladies at the front desk where very helpful and had a great customer oriented attitude. The great service didn't end there but it continue with the dental assistants, showing understanding and sensitivity to this nervous and scare alpha male. I was honestly freak out do to my previous experience and did not expected to walk into paradise instead.

The two Dentists(Dr. Paula and Dr. Gill) that worked on me were amazing, they not only gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing but they made me feel as if I was a member of their family. They, together with my mom have encouraged me to continue in my dream of becoming a Healthcare Administrator and run hospitals with Doctors that show love and care not just for what they do but for their patients.

Many people might think that being a Dentist is not the same as being a Doctor working in intensive care but I can assure you after spending a whole day at this dental office that Dentist also save lives and put their lives on the line to save others. I will always thank God for giving me the privilege of being your patient. You guys didn't just give me my image back but my life.

Long wait times, both in the waiting room and in the chair. Office is noisy, only a couple of "private" rooms, most chairs are wide open to other patients walking through. It is difficult to understand what the staff is trying to communicate.
I had gum surgery 6 months ago, and I've had four followup appointments. Now suddenly I needed SIX fillings!
Not happy, and as soon as I get a couple of issues resolved I'm going to another dentist.
