Wait time is horrible, 3+ hours past appt time. I'm having to go back because the tooth they fixed really hurts 3 months after they "fixed" it. Lied about payments, said my payment would be automatically lowered after I paid so much only it find that the woman changed her story after I contacted corporate. Even when I pay more than the minimum, they still want a full payment every month, even though I have credit from the last payment. The staff thinks they're better than the patients, and kind of looks down their noses at you. They also don't care if the Novocain works or not. The dentist I had drilled for 10 min after I told her I could still feel everything, then acted annoyed when I cried from the pain.

Very disappointed with western dental stopped going to the one in Modesto
Because they make you wait forever went to the one in ceres and the first to times was happy with it but now it's worse then the one in Modesto waited 3 hours and had to ask twice if anyone was going to see me and by the end of the 3 hours they finally tell me my insurance only covers cleaning when I made the appointment was told it covered temporary fillings cleaning and extractions and to top it off was told I'd have to come back another day for the cleaning which makes no sense they did nothing for why I went in in the first place but now want me to go back and wait 3 hrs for a cleaning horrible service they just want to bill insurance for as much as they can which is why they take so long in first place they schedule to many people for the staff they have and the staff walk way to slow like no one is waiting on them don't go there if you have medical there are plenty of other dentist that take it now wish I would of looked that up first all western denials are horrible at what they do
