The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business (doing business with them sine my teens and my adult life). I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Every time I've called and left a message, I have not always heard back. It's extremely annoying. Then, I finally ask for a couple pain meds after all these years after injury and injury and saying I didn't need anything because I don't e ven take basic meds...yeah, I'm actually in pain...and tadahhh...I get a letter in the mail saying that Dr. Alteir or however she spells it is denying me as a patient because I asked several times one day for pain meds???? First off, I have been a patient there for two doctors to come through...look in my charts-I never wanted anything. So too even imply I am drug seeking...you have to be nuts. Plus now, that will be in any file sent anywhere so thanks a lot jerks. And, the day I called, I called once and was called back. I never called more than once. When I was in so much pain, they were not there for me. I aggravated a previous fracture and all I asked was for a couple low dose of whatever. Geeze. To get a letter from them scolding me...after all these years I only asked once means they are under some type of state scrutiny that is breathing down their backs for giving out narcs to actual druggies. I know, I worked at a skilled SNIF. So use me as a scapegoat but I will let everyone know. File your dumb copy of the letter that you wrote, I mean that your secretary wrote and signed and put it in my chart. I will post how inappropriate you were, your waiting time and your services
