I have been a patient of Dr. Michael Mankus for years and will never switch. He has been there for me through basic physicals when I am well as well as staying involved in my diabetes, cancer, and thyroid issues. He has always been available when I need to see him or speak to him on the phone. He spends as much time as necessary during an appointment to answer my questions and provide explanations of anything I don't understand. I have never had a problem with medication refills or last minute appointments. The office staff has always been polite and courteous and know everyone by name. This is a terrific office.

I have seen Dr. Mankus on and off for years. Recently I received a head injury and required medical treatment. I called the office for an appt back in October and I am still waiting to hear back from them! Its impossible to get a sick appt and you have to wait weeks to get a well appt. Today he refused to refill a prescription for me because I haven't seen him in a while. Don't waste your time with this doctor because he really refuses to touch you unless you have insurance and are totally healthy. Don't be fooled by nice smile.
