I went here several years ago, when I had insurance. I had to stop going, when the insurance payments were too high and I had to drop it. They don't have a sliding scale and do not take you if you're uninsured. They also don't take medicare patients (as when I tried to sign my mother up a few years ago) or people on state insurance (as I tried to get back, when I had that). Now I have ins. under the "affordable healthcare" act, as I'm self employed, and apparently they don't pay as well as traditional insurance. I get the feeling that it's all about money and GOOD insurance at this place. My first and last visit here was very abrupt and lasted about 5 minutes. I had the feeling the doctor couldn't be bothered with me, and was in a hurry to get me out of there. I was expecting a thorough exam, as I had signed up for them to be my "primary care" physicians, but other than height, weight and blood pressure, there was no check up at all. Just a chat, asking me "why are you here?" and that was it. Will not go back again.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They were friendly and gracious the entire appointment and made me feel at home. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
