Lots of billing concerns. I had to check my bill and insurance invoice carefully each time. Since joining Po Health--things have changed here and the focus is on making more nad more money. Too many unecessary tests. Pro Health wants doctors to make as much as possible for the organization.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
