He cares....answers questions promptly and with authority...I became his patient a few years ago and could not have made a better choice....his staff is constant, and that leads to a comfort level for me....as far as being current, I have a deep down feeling that he maintains a high level of knowledge of what is new and important. I highly reccomend him,l which I have done.

I will absolutely return. I've had nothing but great experiences when I visit Dr. Kaplan's. They are by far the best I've ever seen. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. The exam room temperatures are always comfortable. My appointments never get canceled last minute. They are extremely reliable. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They will accommodate you if you are in any pain.They will give you a referral over the phone. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. The office staff is very professional and knowledgeable.
