I've been a patient for a few years and have had it with this place. I ordered a copy of my prescription, which was supposed to be mailed to me, and was charged $30. I never received it. I asked for a refund, but the office manager refused, so I filed a dispute with my bank. I thought that was the end of it, but the office manager called me a few weeks later and was very confrontational over the phone. She threatened to send them a copy of my prescription to somehow prove that it was mailed (how does that prove anything?) but when I reminded her that she is not allowed to disclose confidential patient information without written consent, she then called me "Scandalous." I can't believe this place. Never have I been treated this way by any doctor's staff. Also, I have noticed over the years that they charge a lot more than other medical marijuana doctors in San Diego. The doctor seems a little distant and very rushed as well. I would not recommend to anybody.

Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No, but they said they were going to!
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
