I have been going to Dr Ross since 1994 with every gripe. He has always tried to find out everything he could. Even if he had to send me to another doctor which I griped about. To me a good doctor is someone who not only helps you to get the help you need, but also a person who knows that we gripe when we don't feel well. And handles it most the time with a smile. They are human too. Thank you Dr. Ross and he's great staff for being their for me
