Failure to delivery customer value - think twice before joining. Having said that, Dr Farris is an amazing progressive guy so I'm shocked how the office treated me. Here is my story.
I had a medical need today that the clinic was completely familiar with as they did all the diagnostics, blood work and support awhile back. Now I had a repeat situation where receiving medication ASAP can help reduce my pain and suffering. Can I call them and get a prescription so I can reduce my pain and suffering? No. Since I haven't been to the office in a few years there policy is to require a visit. Now that's an understandable policy for 99.99% of the time. In this case, there is no medical ambiguity, they taught me timing is critical to take the medicine ASAP or it doesn't help. Topping it off is stress is not good for recovery so instead of traveling 3 miles to get medication I would have to travel 30 minutes in each direction and office visit time; guess what that's stressful Clearly they care more about their liability than actually helping someone reduce their pain and suffering. You might want to check your mission statement; we help people as long as there is not risk to our liability. I'll see if the doctor calls me back on this. If so I will update you. In the meantime, your a number not a person so think twice. I've been going to this office for over 15 years and this is how they treat me. Caio

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
