AVOID THEM-THEY AREN'T INTERESTED IN YOU!
I have never been more dissatisfied with an office. Their staff was not friendly at all as they didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in the door, took someone else who walked in after me and still payed no attention when i was walking out., I didn't feel welcome there. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all and that is why I am here. As patients, we have rights and the fact that the staff was so interested showed they didn't care. I felt defeated when I left but it won't stop me for searching for a new doctor to get my post open heart surgery follow-ups.
