While Dr. Gelberg and his staff were always very helpful and kind to me, the billing company that they chose to work with is terrible. They never sent the referral that I originally got to my insurance company and then tried to charge me close to $1,000 claiming that my insurance wouldn't cover it. Also, after talking to my insurance company, they had never even received the claim! It's ended up being a huge headache for me that has lasted close to 3 months now. I will not be going back and would absolutely not recommend them to anyone.
