Service sucks. Waiting room has uncomfortable chairs and the bathroom toilet lid is cracked and bites your butt (yet they charge almost $500 for the first visit, but won't return phone calls). When they offered to help me get a drug free for low income from a company, it took them 3 weeks to fill out one page of paper that did nothing but ask who they were and their credentials - THEN they missed the fine print saying they had to include a 3 month prescription. The lady on the phone accused me of saying I had a drug reaction when that was NOT what I said at all and she was screaming at me till I got louder than her and finally said asked about drug INTERACTIONS (with other medications that I COULD afford). Then she promised to call me back and never did. I have called her to remind her and that was 2 weeks ago - still no call. They refuse to fax any data to anybody even though I filled out the paperwork to allow them to "they don't fax" - but they don't mail on time either. One call all the company needed was a yes or no on the phone, and they refused to give it. It takes repeated reminders and nasty confrontation phone calls to get the simplest form filled out. They seem to be overly cautious about mistakes - to the point I wonder if he is legal or has been sued before - hence my looking him up on the internet. They prescribed me $1500 in monthly meds knowing I couldn't afford it, and won't help me find replacement medications. For the cost, their office looks like crap and you would really think they could afford a new toilet seat.
