I'm still suffering from ill-effects caused by improper treatment or failure to provide treatment. Apparently I'm malabsorbant of Vitamin D now which is crucial to absorb all my other vitamins and to my bone health and unfortunately I've got my first broken foot now. I may still be dealing with H. Pylori that started while I was under his care. He ignored stomach pain that apparently had gone for three months before I ended up with appendicitis and then he ignored pain that developed within a week after the appendectomy in a different area that turned out to be from a failing gall bladder. Grr.... I just turned 29 and I already feel like I'm 99.

Now he refuses to send the entire record to the requesting doctor even though we've requested it over 30 days ago (he just sent clinic notes, so we tried again and specified for the entire record and he still hasn't done it). They're my records!!!!!!
