When I moved to Columbus a year ago, Dr. Martin was recommended by a friend. She has been my primary care doctor since that time. I am not at all happy with the practice. I have had constant issues with my prescriptions not being called in and I have had to wait sometimes up to 5 days before getting my medication. I needed an adjustment on a medication and I understood the new prescription had been called in. It required a pre-authorization. After calling the office over a week later, I was told a fee of $35.00 had to be paid for a pre-authorization. Someone could have called me to let me know. I asked to speak to Dr. Martin...she was seeing patients...I could leave a message, but she doesn't call patients. Thanks, Dr. Martin, you're pretty useless.
