I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour to see the doctor. She didn't spend any time looking at my skin. The majority of the time was spent telling me about the expensive treatments they offered, and why I needed to invest in them. If I signed up soon, I could get the "discount" rate. I later called back with questions, and the nurse never returned my call.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
