We're sorry you feel this way. Most patients report the opposite. At this time, we don't know who you are, but it sounds like you didn't get all of your questions answered. We apologize for that. As medical professionals, we're trained to be precise, stick to the facts, and tell patients the sometimes blunt truth, but it's never our intention to be rude. Additionally, there are times emergencies and patients set our schedule back, and so we have to work quickly to meet the needs of all our patients in as timely a fashion as possible. However, we never mean to appear as if we're rushing through a medical exam.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
