If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance.
