Pro: Excellent care with upmost professionalism.
Con: Requesting referals. Called the office to request one and found out 2 weeks later it was not done. This was a one time incident, but I am a new patient to this practice.

Both Dr. Gustafson and his Nurse Practitioner Rebecca are consummate professionals. Great listeners, and show obvious concern for the patient's health and well-being. Very rarely have I had to wait more than a few minutes to be called back to the exam rooms. The nurses/medical assistants are always very friendly and helpful. Some tests are administered in the offices, some tests are referred to the labs at Deaconess Nashoba Hospital. Dr. Gustafson and Rebecca are very good about following up on the patient's progress. I could not recommend any medical practitioners more highly.
