They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I have moved out of state and only hope that I can find a doctor like Dr. Shnurman. I had gone to another doctor for years and they did not diagnose my problem. I switched to Dr. Ben and he found out what was wrong with me immediately. I suffered for a long time and Dr. Ben solved the problem with only a few visits. I love him and his staff. I hope I am as blessed to find another Dr and staff like him in my new state.

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
