Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. The office was easy enough to find. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long, but considering it took two months to get an appoitment I waited as long as I had to.
There was bad communication after the visit so it took me 4 months to get my perscription filled, and then it was because I paid out of pocket instead of waiting for the office to get insurance authorization.
When I got sick and tried to get in, they had no openings for over two weeks, and the opening they did have was just for a medication review, not even to be seen for the flu symptoms. I was told I would have to try to sneak that in while discussing extending my Rx...to wait two weeks to be seen when sick is absolutely useless! SHe just wants to collect monthly payments from the HMO/PPO's and not see you at all if possible. Looking for another doctor!
