They paid attention to me and medecine doctor prescriped was really working on my allegie. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. If I need again, I will return to this doctor's office.

I do not recommend this doctor. I went to this office because it appeared to be the only allergist practice in Santa Cruz that my insurance would take. Later, I found out that I could have gone to several ENT docs in town who also do allergy testing. This is a very bureaucratic operation. I found it very difficult to get straight answers to simple questions, and when I called I spent a lot of time getting transferred and waiting on hold. I felt the attitude of the office staff was snide. The only people who I got the impression genuinely cared about patients and would listen to their concerns were some of the nurses. Dr. Kishiyama seemed to take a 'my way or the highway' approach to medical "care." If there are reasons the regimen he prescribes won't work for you, I wouldn't expect him to acknowledge your concerns and adapt the plan.
