They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their staff is very friendly and professional. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
