Kathy was a counselor to me for I believe around 5 years. I saw her once a week and later once monthly. She helped me work through some difficult things in my life and I believe I will always benefit from my sessions with her, I am grateful she was such a skilled and compassionate therapist. I believe she taught me some skills that have made me a happier person. She helped me make sense of my life and the effect others were having on me. It's been a few years since I last saw her, however her words still remain with me. I am lucky for the positive influence she had on my life.

Kathy is a warm hearted, compassionate, and understanding therapist. Her active therapy techniques have helped me change my life. She continues to help me and is truly committed to helping. What I have received from seeing her I had never received from past therapists and didn’t think was possible. She has helped me through some major trauma and difficulties, and I am truly thankful. A friend of mine recommended her to me and in turn I have recommended her to one of my very best friends who has benefitted as well. Kathy is professional and her office has been one of my favorite places to go. I continue to recommend Kathy.
