I always get the scheduled appointment time, and Dr. Burton is always punctual. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit; and waiting room is nicely laid out and comfortable, as is Dr. Burton's office. He is a very friendly, polite, and insightful clinician.

Dr. Burton is compassionate, thoughtful, insightful, and an excellent listener. He pays close attention to what I say and how I say it. He asks for clarification and provides specifid steps to help me reach my goals. He works to accomodate my schedule. I believe he genuinely wants to see me succeed and is motivated by a deep concern for people's emotional well being rather than profit. He uses a variety of treatment methods to help me, even referring me to someone else for specific treatment he does not provide. He has a broad understanding of philosophy and in-depth knowledge of many belief systems, which is invaluable when relating to a person on his or her terms. Excellent psychologist. There is no one I would rather see.
