Combining movement with guided meditation, breath, sound, and dynamic discussion this group is open to EveryBody who struggles to love and accept the Body.
Every participant will learn:
To trust the wisdom of her body
To connect positively with her body
To make movement a wonderful part of her life
To bring awareness and mindfulness practice to daily life
Date: Thursdays November 4 - December 16, 2010 (6 sessions; no session on November 25, Thanksgiving Day)
Time: 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Cost: $270.00 (Most health insurance plans reimburse for group therapy)
