Dr Spero was recommended to us by a family friend. The circumstances that got us here were unfortunately difficult but a God send at the same time. My teenaged son is finally receiving the emotional care he needed. After roughly two months we see incredible progress in his self esteem, self awareness and confidence. My son understands what he did wrong, takes responsibility for it and with Dr Spero’s help he is learning never to repeat it. I could not be happier with the growth and improvement of my son’s behavior under Dr Spero’s care

At a time that I needed a doctor that would understand the way I think, I was lucky to have been referred to Dr. Spero. His style of therapy is unorthodox from what I have experienced in the past in that he uses a warm conversational approach to covering topics. I appreciate that the dialogue is not only intended to click during the session but rather throughout the week. In a very short time period, I am feeling a lot better and I would highly recommend Dr. Spero.
