I contacted the office manager, Tish Pendergast, at Twin City Dental in March 2014. I was totally up front about being a business owner and only having Wednesdays available for appointments and asked if they could work with my limited schedule and also asked to have everything done before my sons wedding in May 2014. Here it is November 2014 with nothing done! They will not accept responsibility for service not being provided. They play mind games, they lie and blame you, the customers, for their total lack of professionalism. They have made it impossible for me to step foot into their office again. I'm being told I'm demanding for having a limited availability, the office manager telling lies and spreading rumors about my personal life in the work place, emails not being answered and concerns not being addressed. Still to this day they hold my $1,300.00 deposit for services never provided. Dr. King herself lied to the Better Business Bureau about sending me a full refund. I would give them a minus 10 review if that was an option. Don't ever do business with these people...RUN before you encounter these nightmare as well!!!
