Dr. Gaston To'olo is a caring pediatric dentist who enjoys magic tricks and making children smile. He and his support team at Katahdin Pediatric Dentistry strive to make each experience at our office the best for each child who walks in our door. Open since May, 2012, Katahdin Pediatric Dentistry is based in Bangor, Maine but sees children from many areas of central and northern Maine.

Board certified as a Pediatric Dentist and practicing with an additional masters in public health, Dr. Gaston To’olo provides specialized treatment in all aspects of oral health care for infants, children, and adolescents. He has also received specialized training to work with patients with special needs. He is glad to assess and help in situations where a parent and child may have been referred to him from another dentist. Dr. To’olo and Katahdin Pediatric Dentistry will work in conjunction with a referring dentist to care for your child's needs. For those who have none, Katahdin Pediatric Dentistry can provide a dental home for your child.
Katahdin Pediatric Dentistry encourages * Caries Prevention; * Education; and * Age Appropriate Guidance.* We can assess and treat needs for: * Frenulectomy or Frenectomy (lip or toungue tie); *Early Interceptive Orthodontic Care; * Restorative Dentistry for children; * and Oral Surgery with either in-office sedation or in-hospital anesthesia. Dr. To’olo also serves on a monthly team that addresses needs for Cleft-Lip Palate patients through Eastern Maine Medical Center.
While we accept many different types of dental insurance, we are only providers for NE Delta Dental PPO & Premier Networks, Cigna PPO, and Mainecare.
