This is the worst dentist in Tewksbury. Dr. Lu conducts a very shady business. Patients are not informed of additional out of pocket expenses for procedures that weren't necessary. His services are more expensive than other dentists in the area. He is very unprofessional as well as his billing clerk. My wife went to another dentist in Tewksbury and she was informed immediately of any costs not covered by her insurance. This is not the case with Dr. Lu or his billing clerk. I also left numerous messages for Dr. Lu to call me and not once did he return my calls. There is a reason why you never see any cars in his parking lot!!!!
