I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Just by chance, this doctor is the brother-in-law of my former doctor in Boston years ago. I live 3 hours away from Boston now, and randomly picked Dr. Hermann b/c he is 3 blocks away. When I mentioned his brother-in-law, he made the connection. The first doctor spoke of him as well. They are both considered the "rock stars" of contact lenses, and are treated as such at opthamology and optometry conferences.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was so pleased with the warm reception I got here-everyone is so friendly! I really enjoyed my visit. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
