They didn't know how to customize their massages for clients with injuries. I was scared that I was going to be in even more pain after my massage. They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. My massage was pretty uncomfortable because their hands were really cold. I was able to bear it, but it was pretty awful. That was about it
