I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
