I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I feel very safe and comfortable in their care. I can't think of anything I would have changed about the way the appointment went. This provider is a pleasure to work with! The time and money spent was so worth it. The waiting room here is spacious. I was so pleased that I didn't have to wait before I got to talk with the receptionist. The office is perfectly staffed. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. Dr. Bates Has been the only chiropractor to ever successfully adjust my back and neck!

Dr. Bates is wonderful. His staff is very helpful with questions, insurance and scheduling.
