I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
