I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. Linda was very helpful, easy to be with, and her touch was firm, gentle and very knowledgable. I'd feel completely confident referring anyone to her. I'm a bodyworker myself for 40 years and very picky...I'd go again whenever I have a structural problem I can't resolve with my own approaches.

Linda Mayo is very gentle and her treatments never fail to relieve my chronic hip and shoulder injuries. At this point it has been years since I have had to return for an adjustment, but my family members and friends have seen her (on my recommendation) and all have had fantastic and long-lasting results. The treatments are more like a gentle rolling with none of the popping and jerking of other adjustments. That type of adjustment freaks me out and doesn't seem to have near the efficacy of this softer type. Highly recommended!
