Drs. Bayer and Louis are very patient and never rush appointments. They always ask me if I have questions about my children's diagnoses. Appointments run on time and both doctors are always easy-going. They have cared for my children from the day I took my preemie twins home to their current age of 14. Dr. Bayer was recommended by an Austin Mother of Multiples and I would recommend him myself.

Dr. Bayer and his partner Dr Louis are great pediatricians. I've taken my 2 children there since my oldest left the NICU ten years ago. The NICU doctors gave me several recommendations and I chose Dr Bayer because he's very straight forward. He doesn't skimp on care, but doesn't push for unnecessary procedures, and really listens to what we have to say. He visited me and my younger child in the hospital the very day my son was born. Checked in on us every day during our stay at the hospital and had me bring him to the office the following Saturday since we went home Friday. They are extremely kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my children (and myself) feel special and important. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart. There are only two doctors in the office, but if you need to come in and your doctor has no openings, they will either squeeze you in or you can see the other doctor. I have been asked to come in before their regular scheduled patients start, on occasion. Also, the office is open one weekend a month, I believe, and if it's not their weekend, they have other doctors in the area who switch off weekends with them as well. The nurses are great about calling back and speaking with you personally about what is going on with your child if you're not sure whether or not you should come in. And I have had Dr. Bayer call me personally late at night when I've left a message with the after hours service. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. I can't compliment them enough.

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive
