I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be but they did apologize for the wait. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a so-called medical professional.
Rude, condescending, insulting, and downright abusive staff. Waited for an hour in the waiting room, and then waited another 15-20 minutes a room for five minutes of "diagnosis".
Brousse tried to prescribe me antibiotics and give me a steroid shot after I told him that I had been treated with antibiotics and steroid shots several times in the past six months. (I am allergic to several antibiotics, have developed a tolerance to others, and the antibiotics have never even helped my condition. I eventually talked him out of the steroid shot--he admitted too many in a short period can cause side-effects--but he insisted on prescribing Allegra even after being told that it had not helped either.) I went to walk-in clinic immediately after, where I was told I had fluid building up behind my eardrum. This alleged specialist did not notice it. NEVER, EVER again. WORTHLESS doctor, and vile staff.
The nurse at the walk-in clinic I went to afterward said that she had been a patient of his for three years, without seeing any improvement in her condition. The doctor she after after him resolved her problems in one visit. His staff also apparently has a bad reputation among other medical professionals. I can't say I'm surprised.
If you ever want to have your complaints answered by the office manager saying "dream on, honey" and hanging up on you... go to this office.
Absolutely horrible service, over an hour of waiting for five minutes of poking from a doctor who doesn't listen to a word you say.
