Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They are never able to get an appointment for my kids when I need it and they are sometimes very rude. They only allow you 15 minutes to be late but we have to wait over a half hour to be seen even when we are early. We had to wait a couple of times over an hour just to get shots after we had seen the doctor, and only because the nurses we out there talking in the nurses station. If they waste their time like that no wonder they can't get us appointments. Also they only let you get physical appointments for two kids at a time. It only takes them maybe ten minutes to look over the children so they make me have to split them up and then I have to use gas to drive back over there for my other two kids.

Kind of, but not very much
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable?
Not really. They have a nurse on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable, but that's it
