Dr Joseph was more than rude to me and I left teary-eyed because of the way he acted after going back for problems with my new lenses. I've never had a doctor treat me so unkindly before. It took me back quite a bit. He was immediately defensive and offered no solution but to say that he did what he was supposed to do, what did I want from him. I spent many years working with physicians and have never met one who was so abrasive and harsh with patients, completely unwilling to look into a solution to my problem or consider that I am a person, not a textbook. I never blamed him for the lenses giving me trouble, I just wanted to be able to see without problems. From what I hear now, this is typical of him. If you come back with a problem, he makes you feel like dirt.
